My exercise and nutrition philosophy is all about getting back to the basics.

As your personal fitness trainer, I will safely and effectively strengthen all of your major muscle groups. It is important to educate each client on proper form and technique throughout each exercise session. This will instill confidence and create a fun, productive workout. I always make every rep. of every set of every exercise count toward your goal.
Stretching is performed after each set of exercise for several reasons. Stretching will promote flexibility, increase range of motion, reduce the risk of injury, and may lessen the effects of delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). DOMS is the pain or discomfort felt 24 to 76 hours after exercise, and generally subsides in about 2 to 3 days.
With my training program, exercise selection, repetition schemes, sets, and timing are all precisely recorded, enabling me to change and re-design your program at correct intervals to stimulate new muscle adaptation. Change can be good, and it keeps the body adapting and progressing toward one's goal. This allows for maximum results in minimum time.
